Chaperone Policy
All persons under the age of 18 require a chaperone to be present at all times.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present where they feel one is required.
Whenever possible we would ask you to make this request at the time of booking an appointment so that arrangements can be made and your appointment is not delayed in any way.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Can’t make it? Don’t need it? Cancel it!
This clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, then a cancellation fee of £20.00 will be applied to the card on file.
